    Prior to joining Frenger, Alexandre graduated from EDHEC Business School with a double degree: an MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking and a Master in Management. During his gap year at EDHEC, Alexandre had the opportunity to do his first internship in M&A at SGCIB (Société Générale Corporate Investment Banking) in the FIG team (Financial Institutions Group).

    Subsequently, he joined the M&A team at Frenger for 6 months where he tackled different projects in varied sectors (Nuclear, IT Consulting, Security).

    He has worked on various sectors such as TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification), security, nuclear and recruitment.

    Since his arrival, Alexandre has been in charge of industry research and analysis, selection and valuation of strategic targets.

    Alexandre speaks fluently French, English and Swedish.

    Jean-François first served as Audit-Expertise Accountant & Council Manager for audit firms Price Waterhouse and Smith & Williamson for more than 6 years.

    In 1994, he joined the French General Directorate of the British investment bank Schroders. As Director of the Board of J. Henry Schroder (UK), he participated in the creation and development of the French subsidiary for mergers and acquisitions and equity derivatives activities.

    Following the sale of investment banking activities to Citigroup, he was in charge of the investment bank’s integration process and of the merger in France of Schroder and Salomon Smith Barney. He was also jointly appointed President of Wertheim & Co. in restructuring operations.

    From 2004 onwards, he developed a portfolio of real estate investments whilst continuing his involvement in fundraising missions, capital increases and funding projects in the Renewable Energy sector.

    Jean-Noël has initiated, managed and completed over 70 cross-border M&A transactions in the UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Belgium, Norway, Poland and the USA. He has worked on transactions in many other countries such as Holland, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, Sweden, and Finland.

    Juan then worked in the Far East as Asian Pacific Regional Director for AEA Technology in Japan.

    As Chairman of AEA Technology Hong Kong, he was director of a company manufacturing JV smoke detectors and isotopes (Americium) in Shenzhen.

    From 2007 Juan worked as a Nuclear specialist within UK Trade and Investment to support foreign companies from the nuclear sector to develop a presence in the UK.

    In the US market, Frenger is based at the Cambridge Innovation Center in MA, where business development activities are provided by Kathryn Ellis and Kristen Hirst.

    As co-founder of EDAgency, Kathryn has over 25 years’ Foreign Direct Investment experience. Her current clients include both private and public sector entities, and Kathryn has worked with them to develop and implement their overseas strategies.

    Kathryn began her career representing the South West of England cities and region, and was responsible for marketing, sales and managing a team of external consultants. In this role she had oversight of business development and inward investment activities in the US, a key element being to identify growth opportunities in Aerospace, Medical Devices and Technologies.

    She has worked with a number of major US companies on their global investments, including Boeing, Curtiss Wright and a number of SMEs. Kathryn was responsible for over 60 companies locating in the Southwest over the span of her career with the South West of England.

    Kathryn has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree. A native of Ireland, Kathryn has spent her career working in Ireland, the UK and the US.

    As Co-Founder of EDAgency, Kristen is an international investment and marketing specialist with 20 years’ experience working to foster international business opportunities, having been based both in the US and UK.

    She brings a deep network of contacts in both the public and private sectors and has worked extensively with SMEs to guide them through the process of identifying new market opportunities and driving revenues while reducing their risk. Her work has focused on constructing and implementing appropriate business development strategies that deliver targeted marketing and financial results.

    Prior to co-founding EDAgency Kristen served at Board level as Senior Vice President for The North of England Inward Investment Agency, developing and implementing strategy, overseeing five offices and a multi-million dollar budget.

    Kristen holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia and the Executive Education Certificate from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She is currently a member of the Atlanta CEO Council.

Born in Montreal, Canada and fluent in English and French, He is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years’ experience most of which was spent as Finance Director/Company secretary and shareholder of Lightbridge Support Services.

    In 1998 he completed, with the Managing Director, the management buy-out of Lightbridge. Previously known ACS Ltd, the company employed over 900 employees offering cleaning and logistic services to large public and private sector clients.

    Also as part of his interest and duties Robert managed the management and operational information system of the company. In 2012 Robert and the shareholders of Lightbridge successfully completed the sale of Lightbridge to a larger group. Robert also worked for Deloitte in Canada and then in the United Kingdom as an auditor to numerous clients.

    Sabine specialised in the Global Automotive and Industrials sectors, where she accompanied numerous cross-border transactions and served clients like ABB, Siemens, or Deutsche Bahn.

    Before joining Frenger, Sabine worked for GCA Altium, where she could gain valuable experience in M&A transactions in the German small- and mid-cap markets across various sectors.

    Sabine is very experienced in intercultural communication and has lived and studied in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, in the US, the UK and Spain.

    Sarah Rees, joined Frenger in 2015 as a Senior M&A Advisor to strengthen the UK team, supporting cross-border acquisitions with her expertise in several sectors including IT and engineering services.

    Sarah spent two years in Paris at the Foreign Office in Eastern Europe before joining Cable and Wireless in the corporate development team. Whilst at C&W, she worked on large acquisitions of broadcasting and engineering technical consultancies in Italy, France and Portugal.

    In the late nineties, Sarah was headhunted by French Technology consortium Altran Technologies S.A. to manage the acquisitions process for European projects. This in-house M&A team completed a record number of transactions including the acquisition of the world’s oldest management consultancy brand: Arthur D. Little. Sarah completed 8 acquisitions for Altran primarily in the technology and strategy sectors in the UK.

    Sarah has always excelled in networking; bringing industry leaders together to generate opportunities for business has been the mainstay of her career. In 2003 she joined a British executive search firm to lead senior level European appointments for large technology players such as Microsoft and SAP before launching her own boutique firm specialising in cross-border executive search and international profiles.

    Whilst leading this business venture Sarah was invited to manage the Investment team for the UK government division UKTI, overseeing all new French investments into the UK and managing a team of 10 investment managers based in the British Embassy in Paris.

    Sarah then returned to the UK to lead the European Talent Acquisition team for the Coca-Cola Company, recruiting across all functions including supply chain, brand management and marketing for 27 countries.

    Jean-François first served as Audit-Expertise Accountant & Council Manager for audit firms Price Waterhouse and Smith & Williamson for more than 6 years.

    In 1994, he joined the French General Directorate of the British investment bank Schroders. As Director of the Board of J. Henry Schroder (UK), he participated in the creation and development of the French subsidiary for mergers and acquisitions and equity derivatives activities.

    Following the sale of investment banking activities to Citigroup, he was in charge of the investment bank’s integration process and of the merger in France of Schroder and Salomon Smith Barney. He was also jointly appointed President of Wertheim & Co. in restructuring operations.

    As co-founder of EDAgency, Kathryn has over 25 years’ Foreign Direct Investment experience. Her current clients include both private and public sector entities, and Kathryn has worked with them to develop and implement their overseas strategies.

    Kathryn began her career representing the South West of England cities and region, and was responsible for marketing, sales and managing a team of external consultants. In this role she had oversight of business development and inward investment activities in the US, a key element being to identify growth opportunities in Aerospace, Medical Devices and Technologies.

    She has worked with a number of major US companies on their global investments, including Boeing, Curtiss Wright and a number of SMEs. Kathryn was responsible for over 60 companies locating in the Southwest over the span of her career with the South West of England.

    Prior to co-founding EDAgency Kristen served at Board level as Senior Vice President for The North of England Inward Investment Agency, developing and implementing strategy, overseeing five offices and a multi-million dollar budget.

    In 1998 he completed, with the Managing Director, the management buy-out of Lightbridge. Previously known ACS Ltd, the company employed over 900 employees offering cleaning and logistic services to large public and private sector clients.

    Also as part of his interest and duties Robert managed the management and operational information system of the company. In 2012 Robert and the shareholders of Lightbridge successfully completed the sale of Lightbridge to a larger group. There she worked for ICEX, Spain’s Trade Body promoting Spanish exports in key priority sectors, also advising Spanish companies in their strategy to invest in the UK market.

    She was Head of the Investment Department, promoting inward investment into Spain, designing the UK marketing strategy for Invest in Spain.

    She is a current mentor at the Heroes Club, advising start-ups in their overseas strategies and is based in Seville, Spain.

    Jean-François joined Frenger International in 2015 as Senior M&A Advisor.

    He brings to Frenger his expertise in Accountancy, Statutory Auditing, investment banking activities as well as in regulatory obligations mandatory for any acquisition transaction.

    Jean-François first served as Audit-Expertise Accountant & Council Manager for audit firms Price Waterhouse and Smith & Williamson for more than 6 years.

    In 1994, he joined the French General Directorate of the British investment bank Schroders. As Director of the Board of J. Henry Schroder (UK), he participated in the creation and development of the French subsidiary for mergers and acquisitions and equity derivatives activities.

    Following the sale of investment banking activities to Citigroup, he was in charge of the investment bank’s integration process and of the merger in France of Schroder and Salomon Smith Barney. He was also jointly appointed President of Wertheim & Co. in restructuring operations.

    From 2004 onwards, he developed a portfolio of real estate investments whilst continuing his involvement in fundraising missions, capital increases and funding projects in the Renewable Energy sector.
