Background
This small profitable business initially came to Frenger for assistance with their accounts to bring them up to a good business level.
Frenger's role
The company completely out-sourced all their UK financial and administrative functions to Frenger who took over all the following tasks:
Reorganised existing records to bring the standards of book-keeping and administration up to our own high standards.
Handled the finance and admin role including:
sales invoice processing
purchase invoice processing,
payments of suppliers through use of HSBC Hexagon system,
payroll
control of inventory through Sage software.
signing cheques and making payment by bank transfers.
Accounts are produced in Euros and Frenger liaises with auditor and also handles VAT.
During the initial development stages, we also provided an office for an employee of the company within our own offices.
Conclusion
Frenger provides a complete domiciliation service for the client which is
flexible, highly personalised and cost-effective.
