For one of our clients we have originated and completed six acquisitions in three different countries contributing to its growth from €10 to €100 million!

 

Disposals

We are often retained to sell companies to international acquirers prepared to

pay a premium price for a strategic acquisition. We understand the mindset of these acquisitive groups and we know how to present the investment opportunity in an attractive way.

 

Valuations
We provide valuation services either as part of our mandates or as a specific service. Every year, we publish a research comparing valuation multiples of non-quoted transactions in the UK and France. This research is regularly referred to in the Financial Times, M&A publications in the UK and France.
