Jean-Noel is the founder and MD of Frenger International. He also heads up the M&A division of the company.
He has a wealth of experience in the international business arena and focuses on helping French companies develop in the UK and British companies to develop in France. Jean Noel has worked and completed transactions in the UK, France, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Malaysia, Scandinavia and Belgium. A recognised expert in the cross-border M&A field, he has given many seminars and interviews on the subject. He has also been featured in many articles in the European press and been involved in several live radio and TV debates with other businessmen or politicians.
Jean Noel has commuted between the UK and France almost weekly for over 20 years. A French native, Jean Noel is fluent in French and English and spends his free time playing tennis or visiting the beautiful coastline of Southern France.
