Jean-Noël has initiated, managed and completed over 40 cross-border M&A transactions in the UK, France, Ireland, Belgium and the USA. Jean-Noel has assisted clients in many other markets such a Canada, Mexico, South-East Asia and Scandinavia.
Jean Noel advises several long-term clients on acquisition and international strategy. For one of his clients, Delfingen (ex HBS), a French public quoted automotive group, Jean-Noël has to date completed seven transactions in three countries including five in the USA. He acted as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Delfingen for over four years.
Jean Noel has been living in the UK for over 25 years. A French native, he is fluent in French and English and spends his free time playing tennis or visiting the beautiful coastline of Southern France.
